 Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release , Joint Mobilization/ROM  Massage:

These prices reflect my main office rates (in Conifer) and are under the Massage Therapy option on my MassageBook BookNow online scheduler.

Minors require a Parent or Guardian in the treatment room during their session.

These sessions are full body treatments for overall relaxation.

Pregnancy and any major medical condition require written medical consent from Doctor prior to session for massage or Pilates.

Pilates Private sessions  

(Intro) Pack 3 $214  if you are new to Pilates OR new to me with Pilates this is where you begin  once the Intro pack is completed the other pack options are available. These sessions are 60 min and we assess movement capabilities, pain patterns and goals with Pilates. This pack is designed to be used weekly and expires 2 months from purchase.

4 Pack $270. 5 Pack $320 Pilates is designed to be done with regularity for the most benefit in strength and functionality  these packs are designed for those who plan on using them weekly or biweekly if doing movement at home. All packs do expire (like massage packs) and late and no-show policy is enforced. 4packs expire 3 months 5pack expire 4 months after purchase. 60min sessions. 

10 Pack $600 after the intro pack is completed and you are ready to regularly commit to your Pilates practice this is a great option. Weekly or twice a week Students benefit most from this option. These packs do expire 4 months after purchase and late cancelation and no-show policy is enforced. 60min sessions. 10 packs are cash or check payment only, please.

Individual sessions $75 Curious about Pilates, but not ready to commit to a pack? This is a good option for you, but, individual sessions are not discounted. When booking and new to Pilates or if you are a current massage client new to Pilates please note on your booking. All Pilates sessions are about 60 mins long.  There are no expiration dates on individual sessions because they are designed for payment at time of service. The late and no-show policy is  enforced. 
 

At this time duet sessions can only be booked through me. It works best with two Students who are at the same level of training and both will need to have at least completed the intro pack. Packages expire 4months from purchase date.

 Individual Duet sessions $120 ($60/student).

3pack Duet $330  $165/student ($55/session).

4pack Duet $400, $200/student ($50/session).

10pack Duet $900, $450/student ($45/session).

Please note if duets are scheduled and late canceled or no-showed by both students the fee will be taken from the packs or due by your next session. If one person  late cancels/No-shows the other student will be charged as a private Pilates session (individual or pack rate) dependant on the scheduled appointment.  10 Packs are cash or check payment only, please.
